Saliva is produced by our salivary glands and when they are clogged or not working properly, our saliva can be too acidic, resulting in dry mouth and sometimes mouth sores.

Hydration is Everything – Body Weight vs. Body Water

How much water should a person drink?  Take your body weight, divide by 2 and that tells you roughly how many quarts of water you are (each quart of water weighs about 2 pounds), example 100 pounds = 50 quarts. Then decide how much pure drinking water you should drink,  i.e., 8 glasses a day would be 2 quarts fresh water each day.  So if you are 150 pounds and drank 2 quarts of water a day, it would take 75 days to drink your body water, 3 quarts a day would take 50 days, ultimately having an impact on your level of hydration (cells), and water environment.

Note about Xylitol: In addition to gum, mints, etc., I like xylitol for some food preparation, especially (looks like sugar, tastes like sugar, and acts like sugar) for baking, sauces, and making berry jams. For a daily beverage sweetener I prefer concentrated stevia for making healthy drinks at home like lemonade, red tea, juice from concentrate, etc.

Why Supplement?

Simply our body is not getting what it “requires” from our natural resources. The feds are getting closer to approving genetically modified frankenfish for your dinner table… and if they give the OK, they don’t even want you to know when you’re eating one. Consumer groups are calling for labels to identify the mutant salmon in the supermarket… but the FDA says you can take your labels and stick ’em.

That’s right — these hypocrites who are such sticklers for warning labels when it comes to all-natural products now claim that these new salmon are no different from any other salmon, so they don’t need labels.

Organic Egg Update – Which organic eggs are trustworthy?

Remember our egg recall a few months ago? An important detail about the recall, is that the eggs in question all came from mass production farms or what is called big agri-egg business.

Unfortunately in the “organic” world we also have large agri-egg farms, and according to a report submitted by a pHreshLiving.com reader, some of them may be under scrutiny for reasons other than salmonella. It seems they may not be abiding by the “organic” rules, posted on an earlier report, and that the chickens may not be “free range”, meaning able to walk around and have a normal 16 week life in the outdoors. So, now we must discern between the organic eggs as well, at least until they come up with another heading, perhaps “organic eggs from organic fed (not free range) chickens”, or something like that.

Ingredients in sodas and diet sodas, boxed and canned foods, deli foods…

Symptoms and disease follow nutritional deficiencies, overacidification, chemicals and preservatives in our food, and dehydration of our body, regardless of age and genetics. The degradation of our food and our water sources, and water processing with chemicals, all speak to our inability to control the monster we’ve created as well as the negligence.

Having said that, this video by Planet Prison, is a segment which is bold and unbridled not in graphics, but in facts. These guys do not mess around with what is politically correct, that’s for sure.

The most difficult task we have is to undo what has happened to our food and water.  No doubt. The second most difficult task will be for not just the “health buffs”, but everyone to spend their food money on healthy foods, making and drinking healthy beverages, and re-hydrate and re-nourish our bodies – even if it takes a little longer and doesn’t have the quick gratification of chowing down a burger and fries (which if you look at past posts you’ll see photos of a recently purchased burger and a 14 year old burger, and they look the same)!

We are what we eat – so true! And the fast food restaurants are being supported by US, as is the processed food industry, the genetically modified and conventionally grown ( a nice way of saying sprayed with chemicals and pesticides) rather than organic, plus…sadly, chemical foods are now commonplace. Why? Because they are all hidden with artificial flavor, because IT’S EASY, IT’S FAST, and IT’S FUN FOOD!

So here we are knowing a lot of our produce is genetically modified, that our conventional produce is filled with chemicals and pesticides. That our meat and poultry is for the most part today, very inhumanely raised and given hormones, antibiotics, and degraded food…… BUT we have limited funds for food.

Organic is so expensive, how do we make the best choices on our budget?  

Choices should start with the understanding you may have to eat less to get more, however once you get that part, no matter what you buy, you’ll be looking for quality and not quantity. You’ll also become more aware of which companies are delivering food for your HEALTH, and which are delivering food for PROFIT, regardless of how they do it, and how you may suffer from the degraded foods.  

Let’s keep in mind our body “REQUIRES” a minimum level of nutrition to FUNCTION, without it there are deficits, as the deficits grow, physical symptoms and dis-ease do as well. If you want to become empowered about your health you’re going to need to discern your food and water choices.

McDonald’s Challenge “Can you pick out the burger that’s 14 years old?” Really.

Karen Hanarhan, photographer, keeper of the burgers, and nutritionist says, “Aside from drying out and bit and having “the oddest smell,” it apparently hasn’t changed much in the past 12 years (now 14 years)”. 

Maraline: “If you Google McDonald’s Hamburgers you’ll find lots of pictures of burgers 100 days to 14 years old, probably more. And there are some gruesome videos about the chicken patties you won’t want to miss either” Arghhhhh! If you are so inclined, simply Google “Say hello to mechanically separated chicken. It’s what all fast-food chicken is made from—things like chicken nuggets and patties. Also, the processed frozen chicken in the stores is made from it.” 

Karen Hanarhan further states (and Maraline and I’m sure you will agree):  

McDonalds fills an empty space in your belly. It does nothing to nourish the cells, it is not a nutritious food.  

It is not a treat. 

 I marvel at how McDonalds has infiltrated our entire world. A hamburger here tastes exactly the same in China or some around the world place.

Bill Gates openly discusses vaccines, global warming and the need for depopulation.

Sometimes people and their views are surprising, but when they have a lot of money to support those views it can be downright scary. Recently while repeatedly watching the Bill Gates presentation through TED, where he explains his support of planet depopulation, I have to say, I was dumbfounded with his position and his openness about depopulation.  He not only references vaccines and what is termed “good health care”,  but I also think you’ll agree if you listen closely to his reference to food, that he supports bigger, faster food (to feed more and more people), which could actually mean he supports genetically modified food, moreover Monsanto chemicals and pesticides.

When you hear stuff like this, it bears asking the question: “Is the life of one more important than the life of another, or is the comfort of many worth more than the life of one?” Throughout the TED presentation, I heard resolutions to an ever-growing population that requires depopulation among other things, and tools like vaccinations and “good” health care to ensure depopulation, which is something I’ve personally been concerned about for a very long time. WHAT I DIDN’T HEAR, WHAT WAS MISSING, was our humanity, our GOD and His instructions, the very miracle of our life, every life, or how we could help what is perceived to be a huge global issue, without damaging our souls.

In the process, I discovered this great resource, and what drew me into the TrutherGirls.com website was not information I already know, or even the video they did to explain Mr. Gate’s deductions (which is extraordinary and worth the watch), but moreover, it is their humanity, their critical thinking, and the simplicity of their factual presentations, as well as the fact they don’t judge, but encourage research by sharing many high integrity resource websites about health, food, and vaccines. 

Video presentations: 1)Bill Gates at a recent TED conference, references having too many people among other thing as a destructive thing to the planet, and 2)TrutherGirls explaining the terminology and references in the presentation, as well as some background on Bill Gates, his website, and history of vaccine support.

  • Pay close attention to the formula or equation derived as a result of the premise that our planet needs to depopulate (for many reasons) by at least 1 billion people. Presently we are at 6 billion, and Bill Gates indicates we are quickly headed to 9 billion.
  • In the second video clip, TrutherGirls details how the background on the equation is somewhat convoluted. Also, in doing the calculations, the equation itself points to some very uncomfortable information about vaccines being used toward depopulation versus good health, as we have been led to believe. One example is a third world country where dehydrated children with diarrhea are targeted for vaccines, supposedly for health, however, pure water and good food may remedy the situation better. Another is that “good health care” as referenced by Bill Gates, really means abortion.
